The greater Los Angeles area is host to hundreds of art galleries, dozens of art museums, several arts communities, and numerous art walks and seasonal events.  With the decentralized nature of the LA art scene, navigating it is a full time job.

Wandering art galleries on your own can sometimes be a frustrating or intimidating experience.  On the other hand, an artwalk can give you a chance to browse through a large number of galleries in a day.  But being forced to compete with crowds and struggle with parking diminishes the experience.  And with the crowds, it is usually difficult to engage the artists or curators with questions.   

LA Art Tours offers small group tours which afford you a more intimate artistic experience.  You can ask questions of your knowlegable and friendly guide and have an opportunity to meet and interact with artists and gallery owners.  And for a real intimate experience, we offer private tours which give you a close and personal  behind the scenes opportunity.

We currently offer tours of the world famous Brewery Arts Colony.  We will soon be offering tours of the Mid-City and Downtown lofts and galleries.  In Fall of 2011 we will be expanding our tours to include Venice, San Pedro, Laguna Beach, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Silverlake/Los Feliz, Pasadena and into the Palm Desert.
